Napa and Sonoma vintners discovered Elaine Bell soon after she founded her company in 1982. Elaine brought fine dining to the vineyards using fresh ingredients cooked on location. Freshness, flavor and perfection are her passion. With an eye for color, elegance and imagination she has a vision for events, from the plate to the décor.
Elaine Bell’s clients come from Hong Kong to London and all over the United States. From fabulous weddings to major corporate events her business creates memories for her clients. On the road, she has catered events from a Las Vegas casino to the Whitney Museum in Manhattan.
Elaine has grown her company from offsite catering to a food and beverage management company. She has managed events for a number of wineries and private estates in the wine country. Her company assumed food and beverage management for StoneTree Golf Club in 2002. A great fan of the arts, Elaine is proud to manage the café at the newly renovated Napa Valley Opera House.
A believer in giving back to the community, for many years Elaine has been a strong supporter of charitable organizations. She does high profile annual events for Hospice of Marin, NASCAR’s Speedway Charities, Matrix and the Valley of the Moon Boys and Girls Club.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a former member of the Board of Trustees, in Hyde Park, New York. She has become a champion of the CIA’s continuing education program for professionals at the Greystone Campus in St. Helena. She also is a director of the San Francisco Chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs. Twenty-two years later, Elaine Bell is still passionate about bringing the bounty of Wine Country living to her clients, wherever they may be.
