Full Job Description
The Courtyard by Marriott in Chesterfield is looking for enthusiastic, friendly customer service professionals that want to work in a forward-thinking, passionate, and engaging environment! Prior face-to-face customer experience is a huge plus but your attitude is more important. You must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. The hotel is located at 17369 Chesterfield Airport Road, Chesterfield, MO 63005.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. The primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accepting orders and payments for guests, food preparation, mastering Starbucks coffee drinks, and taking great care of our guests.

Job Requirements:
  • Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays.
  • AM Shifts are available.
  • Typical shift start times are 5:30-6 AM and end between 10:30 AM-12 PM.
  • Part-Time available but Full-Time preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous food & beverage experience a plus, but not required.
