Full Job Description

Fine dining restaurant is searching for experienced and talented Executive Chef to manage kitchen staff in addition to bringing innovative ideas to a new Italian modern concept in the Brazos Valley.

  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as a Kitchen Manager
  • Manage and train team staff
  • Help to create new recipes
  • Coordinate with the management team in house events such as wine dinners and patio events.
  • Must be able to place food and produce orders, while keeping track of inventory.
  • Responsible for meal preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
  • Must be able to interview, hire, and schedule the back of house staff.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • The preferred candidate will have experience working at an Italian and seafood restaurant with knowledge of the inner workings of maintaining the quality of food and presentation.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Have a passion for delivering great hospitality with a smile.
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail is important.
  • Be responsible and dependable.
