Full Job Description
Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking an Executive Chef to take charge of the comprehensive management of all kitchen operations for our newest opening coming soon to Houston, TX.
We value organization, being business minded, leadership values, caring for your team and being a well rounded person.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years Executive Chef experience in a polished, upscale setting
- Italian Cuisine Experience preferred
- Ability to control food and labor costs
- Able to coach and mentor staff
- A hands-on style of leadership
- Ability to work within systems and think independently
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Stand throughout shift, often for several hours at a time
