Full Job Description

day to day working in a fast environment fun kitchen, managing kitchen personnel, prepare food, specials, cost analysis, inventory and much more

one position is for sushi chef, specializing in crudo such as tartare, high end rolls, nigiri, etc

one position is for Latin American cuisine, specializing in Peruvian, Mexican, Brazilian high end cuisine

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
