Full Job Description
Intrepid Sportfishing is looking for experienced chef. Good solid pay, great accommodations, steady work and best clients in the business
*Culinary School diploma not required but you MUST have proven work experience as chef/cook preparing high quality dishes.
* Must have Valid passport
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
* Must be able to withstand and cook in sometimes rough seas
* Must be able to plan menu and prepare grocery orders
* Must be able to be away for 3-16+ days at a time
* Must plate, serve, clean galley, wash dishes and ensure safety and sanitation practices
* Must be able to modify recipes to accommodate for special needs and other dietary requests
*Must be reliable, personable, hard-working, work well with others and be commited to providing an excellent culinary experience for our passengers

- Weekend availability
