Bricoleur vineyards is seeking line cooks/ prep cooks/ pizza cooks to join our team in providing world-class guest experiences while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Our Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relative experience in hospitality industry
  • Maintain proper food certifications specific to state laws
  • knowledge with wood fire pizza ovens
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
  • Strong decision making abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
