Hi! We’re looking for a new member of our team. Looking to train the right person in our ways of cooking and operating a classic Chinese Kitchen. We’ve been in business since 1977 and are having some Chefs retire.

Wok cooking is the classic, high heat, fast paced and loud style of Chinese cooking. It lends itself to be a blend of dance, art and precision. The right individual will find the high heat alluring, and learning how to manage all those BTU’s a welcome challenge.

We understand that experience in this field is limited and will train the right person.

We offer shift meals for Lunch and Dinner and an afternoon break to enjoy the beach.

We’re looking for a reliable line cook who can prepare food in high volume settings. Line Cook or Prep Cook responsibilities include preparing ingredients, assembling and cooking food and maintaining quality control. Since we always want to provide our customers with quick service, we must be able to count on you. We expect you to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. You should be excellent at following directions without getting stressed over a high volume of customers. This means being on time every day, managing your time efficiently and working hard when needed. Ultimately, the Line Cook’s duties are to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and within time in order to meet customer satisfaction expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
