We are looking for friendly Servers for Bon Appetit Restaurant who are passionate about creating authentic, custom dining and drinking experiences to our guests with a high level of attention to service.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced fine-dining setting and loves to interact with guests. As well provides quick and efficient service to our guests. Greets customers, present menus, up-sells, ensures drinks and food are to guests standards, practice “Acknowledge, Apologize, Act” relating to guest complaints. Also safeguards glasses, guest and work areas are clean throughout the course of service.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Proven experience working as a bartender/server in a high volume setting for a minimum of two years.

Positive attitude with interpersonal skills to interact and enhance the guest experience.

Strong verbal and attentive listening skills with guests, managers and fellow staff members.

Must be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for over eight (8) hours.

Flexible and dependable to work full-time, weekends and holidays, indoors or outdoors.
