Condado: Server Compensation: $25/hour About Condado Tacos: Born in Columbus Ohio, Condado Tacos is a fast-paced, full-service, build-your-own taco concept focusing on tacos, tequila & margaritas. Servers must be fast-paced, have a high level of awareness, and must have a keen understanding of how to make every Guest happy and help us build regulars every day! We focus on collaboration and development for everyone • Flexible Schedules • 50% off Tacos with free meals during training • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Full Time Employees) • Access to Employee Assistance Programs Responsibilities: • Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests. • Know how to listen and communicate appropriately. • Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes • Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of • Work as a unit and be team oriented. • Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply • Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs • Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Be willing to work nights & weekends • Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)
