We are currently seeking qualified Sous chef candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, as well as the ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people. They must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality. We are looking to build our bench with talented individuals that have the desire to grow and advance their careers, if this sounds like you then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen
Assist in hiring, scheduling, training and career development of others within the kitchen team

Ensures execution and consistency of high food quality and recipe adherence standards
Responsible for kitchen cost control and administration

Reviewing and evaluating all kitchen Team Members

Experience-
2+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant with proven and verifiable track record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $62,500.00 per year
