We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our Brewery Tasting Room team.

A strong knowledge of Ketch Brewing beers, brand, and history. We expect our tasting room staff to place customer needs ahead of their own, always, and continuously work to improve the overall productivity and guest experience.

Part-time positions with nights, weekends, and holiday (certain holiday excluded) availability required Ability to handle difficult situations and adapt quickly to resolve problems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with promotions, sales, and assist with dining events
  • Be able to answer questions and make recommendations regarding our beer selection
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas
  • Wash and sterilize glassware
  • Charge merchandise accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system (Aloha)
  • Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change,
  • Clear and reset tables and clean bathrooms in tasting room
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Weekly cleaning of beer lines

Key Qualifications:

  • LEAD Certificate required
  • Food handlers card certification required
  • Cicerone Certified Beer Server Certificate preferred
  • Solid Customer Service skills
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs
  • Have a passion for beer, food, and people!
