Management and Kitchen Management
Trainees will earn between $40-$60K to start.   Training
is 6 months long.

Boston to Los Angeles; from Phoenix to Coral Gables; from Atlanta to San Francisco; from
Chicago to Dallas.  Our best managers have a
passion for food and wine, with a strong desire to take on more responsibility.

benefits package to performance-based training, to the excitement that comes from working
in w high-volume, operationally fine-tuned arena-we have it covered.  First year compensation is between $40-$60K, and
our top-performing General Managers can earn more than $250,000.  Relocation flexibility is a contingency of
employment.
