POSITION SUMMARY
Sous Chefs are responsible for:
Supports a la carte and private events food production
Maintains consistent food preparation
Maintains plate presentation
Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times
Helping to ensure the safety of fellow staff.
Job Requirements :
3 years cooking experience required.
Working knowledge of broiler, pantry and sauté stations.
Team player.
Possesses a passion for exceeding expectations and a commitment to excellence.
