Overview

The primary responsibility of the FOH Team Member is to provide our guests with a fun and engaging environment with food and beverages that complement A. Ray Hospitality experience, accompanied by attentive and friendly service. A professional FOH Team Member will be thoroughly familiar with the food and beverage menu, table service, cash control, proper merchandising and selling techniques. FOH Team Member are encouraged to project their own personality, to talk to the customer and enjoy the atmosphere we create for employees and customers together. The FOH Team Member possesses great beverage knowledge, service skills, and sales skills.
