Overview

To coordinate, administer, direct control and manage all property activities with specific responsibilities for the Accounting and Front Office Management. Interface with General Manger with regards to all property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies or procedures. Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in all phases of front office operation. Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherences to all management company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written from with guests and associates so as to respond accurately and completely to people to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide service as required.
  • Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
  • Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
  • Possess good communication and organizational skills.
  • Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.
